Levy charges will apply to the SMT and Business Units in the Hospital accordingly
This levy will be indexed to maintenance and expenditure. Non-Hospital staff, Private Practitioners and Commercial Enterprise will be Charged fully. Professional Associations will be charged at the stated rate.
