The resources made available via the ACT Health Library’s website are mainly from publishers and third party vendors who have given permission for their use under Licensing Agreements.  It is not an infringement of copyright to use items in a manner that is considered fair dealing for the purpose of research or study.

“Fair dealing” means the right granted by copyright laws to reproduce limited portions of copyrighted works without infringing on the rights and interests of the creators or copyright owners.
